可加入員工的地區/縣市Eligible Regions/Counties for Employee Enrollment
凡隸屬於 Micron 美光記憶體股份有限公司之台中、台南、銅鑼廠區服務之全職員工，均可申請加入本會成為會員。

All full-time employees working at Micron sites MMT (Taichung), MMTN (Tainan), and MMTL (Tongluo) are eligible to apply for membership in the association.

特定職務之限制Membership Restrictions
處級主管 M3 以上（含）之人員不得加入。

Department-level supervisors (rank M3 and above) of this company are not allowed to join this association.

特殊審核Review of Specific Positions
凡從事人力資源、法務等涉及資方利益之職務者，其入會申請須經理事會審議，確認其無利益衝突後，方得核准入會。

Applicants holding positions involving management interests, such as Human Resources or Legal, are subject to a review by the Board of Directors. Membership shall only be approved upon verification that no conflict of interest exists.

美光記憶體工會會費Micron union dues
公司自會員本人每月薪資中，代扣工會會費，新台幣 250 元整，並由公司依據《工會法》及相關勞資約定，協助匯繳至指定之工會帳戶，至本人離職或撤銷授權通知到達日止。

The company will deduct NT$250 from each member's monthly salary as union dues , and the company will assist in remitting the funds to the designated union account in accordance with the Trade Union Act and relevant labor-management agreements, until the date the member leaves the company or the notice of revocation of authorization is received.

入會程序Application Procedure
✔ 填寫申請書Submit a completed membership application form.
✔ 理事會備查Obtain approval and record from the Board of Directors.
